HerSchy Environmental has performed Phase 1 Environmental Assessments for many clients and for many different purposes.  They are useful and sometimes required for property transactions and allow the user to have a full understanding of the property in question.

The staff at HerSchy is familiar with and has performed School Site Phase 1 assessments as well which include a railroad and electrical utility report.
