Project experience includes successfully implemented workplans that include complete assessment and remediation of soil and groundwater impacted by both organic and inorganic constituents under stringent regulatory agency oversight and guidelines. Familiarity with Risk-Based Corrective Action (RBCA) approaches to leaking UST sites can result in reduced investigation, monitoring, and remediation requirements. Projects range from routine bioremediation and vapor extraction and treatment to large scale excavations involving as much as 120,000 cubic yards of soil resulting in successful biotreatment. Innovative projects include integrated remedial strategies to treat VOC-impacted soil and groundwater involving pump and treat of floating product, soil vapor extraction and treatment, air sparging, and bioventing. Property Transaction Site Assessment: Property transaction assessments have ranged from simple audits of small agricultural properties with little history to large scale multi-property transactions that included oversight of the removal and/or treatment of hazardous materials and wastes, asbestos surveys, underground storage tank removal, assessment and remediation, and investigation of groundwater resources involving over $100,000 in consulting, construction, and laboratory fees.		With increasing costs involved with the disposal of all types of waste, finding cost effective ways to reduce, manage, or dispose of wastes can contribute greatly to a business’ bottom line.
